Once below deck, on the port side there is a fully functional and spacious galley, along with a cozy and spacious salon. The galley features a two burner stove, oven, two sinks, very spacious stainless steel counter top and plenty of storage space. You can find plenty of space for storage, as well as being able to convert one of the two sofas into a bed to accommodate an extra guest.

Located on the starboard side of the salon, we can find the chart table and navigation station. On the same side and further aft we find the work area, with plenty of tools, drawers, and a large table to work.

At the stern and bow, we find the two cabins, both double and with bathroom.

The rudder in the center of the cockpit is designed to offer the greatest safety and comfort to the crew. Around the cockpit 4 Lewmar winches are displayed, allowing easy trimming of sails and lines. Most of the deck fittings are recessed. The deck is teak and is in excellent condition. The deck aft of the cockpit is also pleasantly spacious, where you can sunbathe or enjoy a cocktail in the boat's custom chairs. It has a long and comfortable bathing ladder to enjoy a refreshing swim in the clearest waters. At the bow, with a very free and spacious layout, it has 3 large hatches, both for safety and for the pleasant maintenance of the interior cabin.

The bookshelf across the forward bulkhead is a pleasant touch, and with the carpets, leather detailing and velour hull lining, there's a consistent feel of elegance. Built to a very high standard in Hong Kong, 'So Fong' is the most beautiful Schooner drawn by Olin Stephens in 1937. Her current owner kept her in mint conditions with all maintenance up to date. Her LWL is 21,43 m and her LOA is 25 m. A chimney in the saloon and a spectacular bathtub, the head of the master cabin and her Chinese carvings are some of her very special features, which tell the story of her origin.

She has led an interesting and eventful life through many adventures which she experienced in far flung corners of the world, since her exotic launch in Hong Kong in 1937 - right up to her present immaculate condition. A unique opportunity to acquire a spectacular piece of sailing history.

Her very substantial refit in Antibes in 2002 marks the beginning of a new phase in her life. Since then, based in Mallorca, constantly upgraded, she is the perfect allrounder - fast, seaworthy, comfortable, and above all, beautiful.

There are only very few yachts that can compete with 'So Fong' - either on the regatta circuit, or in any other way.

So Fong was built for A. Thornton Baker, a New Jersey Banker who wanted a boat to sail around the world with his two sons. He went to Olin Stephens of Sparkman & Stephens in New York, who has already designed 'Brilliant' in 1932 and so developed some of his ideas from her into So Fong. She was built for cruising, and she was also given enough speed to be suitable for ocean racing, planked of teak, with yacal used for the keel, stem, deadwood and frames. Decks and deckhouses are of teak while her deck beams, shelf and panelling are camphor. Her two masts and spars, made of hollow Sitka spruce, were shipped over from Abeking & Rasmussen in Germany. Her building took seven months - with some 250 local craftsman variously employed over the period. Her 30,000lb (13,608kg) lead keel was said to be the largest at that time ever to be cast in Hong Kong.

Her charming interior is a tribute to the Chinese craftsmen who painstakingly carved the exquisite panelling in 1937. From the inimitable board of Olin Stephens her sweet lines reflect the original owners' love of the Cape Cod schooners, so fast and seaworthy. The secretly connected port cabin has two single bunks, the starboard cabin has a spacious single bunk. A couple could snuggle as well. In the spacious saloon are two more loungers on each side, for cosy nights at the chimney or to be used as daybeds. The crew cabins come with four berths and a separate head with shower. Direct crew access to galley and the technical compartment.

This 3 mast William Gardner Schooner is the largest classic racing schooner to be recreated. The exterior designed by William Gardner, the interior designed by Kastelein and the builder being Van Der Graaf; this yacht is breath-taking to every inch.

She was built in 2010 with the design of her historical sister from 1905. She is a replica of the famous ATLANTIC, which was built for Wilson Marshal and helmed by Charly Barr. The aim, which was successfully accomplished, was to embrace the original lines, fine details and sail plan to be identical to the victorious 1905 Transatlantic Race.

Her graceful sheer line and long overhangs accentuate her grace while her waterline length of 42 meters and narrow beam are a promise of unmatched speed under sail. Her spars tower some 45 meters above the waterline and support a staggering sail area of 1750 msq, more than two and a half times that of the already awesome J-Class yachts.

The Owl 1909 has had great owners. In the 1920's OWL was owned by Mr Andrews, who decided to lengthen her from the original 41 ft on deck to 55 ft.

After World War 2, she was owned by a David Burnett for nearly 30 years. In 1961, she was stolen but fortunately found later in New Caledonia. Her owner, Burnett re-rigged her and in 1974 sold her to a Frenchman. In 1990, she was bought by an Italian owner who commissioned her refit in 1993-96.

She has since crossed the Atlantic and participated successfully in the Antigua Sailing Weeks in 1997 and 1998, and also in the America's Cup Jubilee in 2001. Now she is based on Mallorca, well maintained by a professional crew, and available for day charter cruising around the island. A 1933 Sam Crocker design, built in the USA in 1996. Famous Sam Crocker is one of the great names amongst American marine architects. This yacht is one of several built by Swift Custom Boat Co., with a yard in Kensington, New Hampshire, one of that fraternity of builders and designers including Joel White, Bill Page, Bud McIntosh and of course Sam Crocker. The first owner of this yacht served his apprenticeship in Swift's Yard and built this fine pre-war Crocker design launched in 1996, using only the best, most durable materials. The hull is planked in white cedar, the frames are steam bent white oak, the fastenings are copper nails and roves with bronze screws.

She has been a first class cruising home for the owner John Noon and his wife, crossing the Atlantic, sailing in the Mediterranean, up to Scandinavia returning in 2010 to Falmouth. This Bermudian cutter was only built with the best materials. Her design is very conventional with a long keel, steeply raked transom stern with transom-hung rudder, generous freeboard and it is only the bow sections which give her away as a pre-war design. Like many American yachts she has a good beam which makes for a voluminous cabin believing her dimensions. The construction is typical of Bud McIntosh's work and style. This Explorer 62 is conceived as a modern flat where the only constraints are the sliding doors in the saloon and the steering position. On main deck exteriors and interiors can be connected as a single room by opening French windows, deconstructing a corner and allowing free circulation of fresh air. Saloon on this Explorer 62 have 70 sqm living area and it is insulated from both hot and cold.

Sleeping quarters have very bright rooms with large side windows, carefully designed furniture and fabrics. Bathrooms have wide and high showers with sturdy, tall and spacious sinks.

Two additional helm stations are located on the flybridge and aft. Boat is equipped with bilge and autoclave pumps, double anchor system, two winches and two 50 kg steel anchors. With her double systems she is the only vessel under 20 metres to have a large-ship anchorage system. Gunwales from bow to stern is higher than most yachts, to ensure lateral safety as in a large ship.

The staircase to access the flybridge was moved to the port side, which is completely made of glass, to allow an optimal view of the stern from the helm station.

Explorer 62 is also equipped with a unique stability system, through 24 V electrical operation, consisting of carbon fins, flaps and a seakeeper, which are governed by a specially designed software. This makes the boat more comfortable to be on and reduce the risk of seasickness or other discomfort.

On the main deck the key feature, that identifies this boat, is the choice of the forward driving position. The bow is the wettest and windiest place on the moving boat and most prone to oscillation caused by wave motion. As a result, having the helm station located in a more forward position makes navigation easier and safer.

One of the special features of the layout is that the galley is positioned next to the steering position, which has its advantages. First, the convenience of navigating and cooking without leaving the steering position. Secondly, the elegant solution of leaving the entrance to the hall free. Main deck is furnished with a large dining table, sofa and an open area that can be fully customised, with sofas and accessories which can be moved and arrange as desired.

On the lower deck you have full-beam owner's cabin with separate bathroom and closet. For guest accommodation, this Explorer 62 offers a 3 cabin version that provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. Under the stairs to the sleeping quarters there is also an additional cabin with a single bed or alternatively a crew room. Crew quarters with one pullman bed is located at the sterna. This area can also be used as workspace, it has wash/dry and a storage place. The exterior space-benefits of the Sangapo Vindo 40 are the generously laid out bathing platform and overall teak and mahogany topsides work. It is in good condition due to the refit done in 1998 and 2021/2022. She is a classic beauty, upgraded with a new engine and navigation Raymarine instruments.

Not many hulls today are still sailing in such good condition, and almost every detail on this boat has been renovated or is new.

This traditional underwater body is defined by a modified long keel, beginning to deepen under the mast foot and continuing to a keel-hung rudder just below the aft waterline. The propeller is very protected between the keel and rudder, making it unlikely to catch lines or nets and virtually impossible to be damaged by grounding.
